Lansallos Beach

Location:
South East Cornwall.
Description:
Lansallos Beach is a small sheltered sand & shingle beach reached by a half mile walk from the Lansallos car park in Lansallos village. The beach is not well known so it doesn't get too crowded. No toilets or facilities. Adjacent to Lansallos Beach is a small cove called Parsons Cove which can be reached on the coast path.

Access:
The walk is too far and too steep for wheel chairs and push chairs. Final access to Lansallos Beach is via a path through a gap in the rocks. Access to Parsons Cove is via the coast path with a steep path to the beach.
Dogs:
Dogs allowed all year on Lansallos Beach and at Parsons Cove.
Directions:
Lansallos is 2 miles from Polperro and 26 miles from Plymouth. Take the A38 from Plymouth. At Trerulefoot turn onto the A374. After approximately 1 mile turn left onto the A387 for Looe and keep on the A387 until Polperro. At Polperro turn right opposite the Crumplehorn Inn and follow the road for several miles, until there is a left turning signposted to Lansallos. Follow this road to Lansallos village.
