Long Rock Beach is effectively the middle part of a super sandy beach that stretches from Marazion to Penzance. Parking is right by the beach and there is good walking along the coast path with great scenery.

Dogs:
Dogs are banned on Long Rock Beach from the level crossing east to Marazion from 1st May to 30th September (8am to 7pm). West of the level crossing, dogs are allowed all year.
Directions:
Long Rock village is about 5 miles from Hayle and 11 miles from Helston. Approaching from North Cornwall use the A30 and at Hayle follow the directions to Penzance. Proceed on the A30 and shortly after Crowlas there is a roundabout. Take the third left for Long Rock (signposted to Long Rock). At Long Rock go across the small roundabout, drive through the village then turn left after the used car dealership. Follow this road over the level crossing to the Long Rock Beach car park.
